This includes regulatory issues with the Advertising Standards Authority, Clearcast, Ofcom and other regulators; drafting and negotiating client/ agency agreements and celebrity talent contracts; content advice for advertising and sales promotion campaigns in the UK and abroad; and dispute resolution, such as third party claims of IP infringement in advertising campaigns.
