Many of our regular webinar attendees will be very familiar with litigation concerning trade marks, copyright and designs and the commercial impact of these disputes. However, this webinar will provide some key tips for drafting a patent to avoid allegations that it's invalidity, commercial considerations of a patent dispute and the process of litigating a patent through the specialist courts.
